Job Summary
Conduct psychiatric mental health assessments and prescribe medications for children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings. Deliver care via telehealth from a home office or in-person at designated LifeStance Health clinics nationwide. Maintain electronic prescribing records within our EMR system and collaborate with peer consultation groups. Requires two years of child/adolescent prescribing experience, ANCC PMHNP certification, and a valid DEA. Full-time or part-time hybrid schedules available with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- PMHNP
- Two years prescribing experience as a PMHNP
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited educational institution
- ANCC - Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP) certification
- Valid DEA
