Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans while prescribing and managing psychotropic medications. Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives is available. Board certification or eligibility, an active state license, and an unencumbered DEA license are required. No prior TMS or ketamine experience is needed, as training and support are provided. This role offers a base salary of $150,000 with incentives up to $300,000, no on-call rotation, and a flexible schedule of three 13-hour shifts weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
- Active state license or willingness to obtain
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Clean background
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
