Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans, and prescribe and manage psychotropic medications. Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives is available. No prior TMS or ketamine experience required, as training and support are provided. Serenity Healthcare combines medication management with advanced treatments like TMS and ketamine therapy within a highly supported outpatient model. The role offers an 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio, flexible 13-hour shifts, and no call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
- Active state license or willingness to obtain
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Clean background
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
