Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans, and prescribe and manage psychotropic medications. Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives is available. No prior TMS or ketamine experience required, as training and support are provided. This role offers an outpatient-only practice with no call, featuring an 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio and a flexible schedule of three 13-hour shifts weekly. Total compensation ranges from $150,000 base up to $300,000+. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
- Active state license or willingness to obtain
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Clean background
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
