Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and prescribe psychotropic medications within a supportive outpatient model. Provide onsite Deep TMS and ketamine therapy with full training and support provided. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while optionally participating in clinical research and innovation initiatives. Practice at the top of your license with an 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio and no call requirements. Enjoy a flexible schedule of three 13-hour weekly shifts, a realistic total compensation up to $300,000+, and access to a national provider network.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
- Active state license or willingness to obtain
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Clean background
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
