Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and prescribe psychotropic medications for patients. Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with support, while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Engage in optional clinical research and innovation initiatives. No prior TMS or ketamine experience required; training and support provided. Full-time outpatient-only practice with no call, featuring an 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio and flexible 13-hour shift schedules. Base salary starts at $150,000 with incentives, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 20 PTO days.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
- Active state license or willingness to obtain
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Clean background
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
