Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans, and prescribe and manage psychotropic medications. Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Optional involvement includes clinical research and innovation initiatives. No prior TMS or ketamine experience required, as training and support are provided. This role offers a $150,000 base salary with incentives, reaching up to $300,000+ total compensation. The position features no call, an 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio, and flexible 13-hour shifts. Serenity Healthcare combines medication management with advanced treatments like TMS and ketamine therapy within a highly supported outpatient model.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
- Active state license or willingness to obtain
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Clean background
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
