Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans, and prescribe psychotropic medications. Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives is available. No prior TMS or ketamine experience required, as training and support are provided. This role operates within an outpatient-only practice featuring an 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio and a flexible schedule of three 13-hour shifts weekly. Total compensation ranges from $150,000 base to $300,000+.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
- Active state license or willingness to obtain
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Clean background
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen
