Job Summary
Lead medical care as PMHNP in a behavioral health/addiction treatment setting at Ethan Crossing of Cleveland. The NP oversees daily rounding and the treatment team, provides medical consultation, and participates in committees (MEC, P&T, Quality, UR). Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, timely admissions/discharges, individualized patient care, and collaboration with medical staff. The role involves attending the treatment team (3+ times weekly, potentially daily), handling billing for services, on-call coverage, telehealth and in-person care, and providing guidance to providers and staff. Requires PMHNP certification and active involvement in credentialing, documentation, and regulatory activities. Required Qualifications
- Certification as PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner)
- Previous experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting desirable
- Valid driver’s license
- Must provide proof of insurance (as needed)
