Job Summary
ANCC-certified PMHNP or MD/DO psychiatrist sought as Clinical Consultant for Fidelia Counseling Services to provide case consultation, psychiatric oversight, and medication-management support for pediatric, adolescent, and adult behavioral-health teams. Role emphasizes high-level clinical guidance, program quality control, monthly QA/clinical-control meetings, credentialing maintenance with MBHP/Fallon via CAQH, and flexible, low-hour monthly commitment as an independent contractor. Remote work option with hybrid/Metro Boston region considerations; 4 hours per month start, evenings/weekends possible.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a Psychiatric-Mental Health specialty (PMHNP-BC), or an MD/DO specializing in Psychiatry
- Active, unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Prescribing license and DEA registration (Massachusetts)
- Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (MCSR)
- 2+ years of post-master's practice as a PMHNP preferred
- Active MassHealth enrollment or willingness to enroll (non-billing/billing)
- CAQH profile up-to-date and attested
- Collaborative experience with child/adolescent demographics preferred
