Job Summary
Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management services within skilled nursing and senior living communities. Conduct routine patient rounding, evaluate and manage mental health conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents' emotional and cognitive well-being. Work closely with facility partners to ensure continuity of care, optimize treatment plans, and promote a therapeutic environment. This role includes no call and no weekends, supporting a sustainable work-life balance. Required Qualifications
- Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice
- Previous professional patient care experience
