Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Summary
Provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities as a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). Conduct routine patient rounding, evaluation and ongoing management of mental health conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being. Work with facility partners to ensure continuity of care, optimize treatment plans, and promote a therapeutic environment. Requires current NP or PA licensure; geriatrics, family medicine, or psychiatry experience preferred; strong patient-centered communication and collaboration skills; no call and no weekends as part of flexibility and balance.
