Job Summary
As a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), provide behavioral health and psychiatric medication management within skilled nursing and senior living communities. Perform routine patient rounding, evaluation and ongoing management of mental health conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being. Work with facility partners to ensure continuity of care, optimize treatment plans, and promote a therapeutic environment. Emphasize proactive, person-centered care in a value-based model, with no call and no weekend shifts, and benefit from professional licensure reimbursement and otherBenefits. Strong collaboration skills with physicians, behavioral health specialists, care coordinators, and facility staff to create integrated care plans are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice
- Previous professional patient care experience
