Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Oregon

Job Summary
Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication, therapy, or a combination of both in a tele-psychiatry setting for Oregon-based clients. Follow up monthly to assess efficacy and ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved. Provide various modalities of talk therapy alongside medication management as part of integrated care. Work remotely within 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. operating hours, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week, and participate in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment with opportunities for private-practice-style scheduling, collaboration with an expert team, and access to onboarding programs and professional development. The role supports part-time, full-time, and contract arrangements under a 1099 compensation model, offering flexible scheduling, remote work setup, and an international, inclusive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Active Oregon Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License
- ANCC Board Certification
- DEA Certification
- MSN or higher
- 2+ years of experience in adult mental health
- ANCC accreditation for continuing education
- Oregon Nurse Practitioner License (Required)
- Active license in Oregon for NP practice
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
