Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner / Nursing Homes

Provide comprehensive care to patients in nursing home settings, conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care while prescribing medications and therapies as needed. Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care, and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records. Adhere to all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.
