Job Summary
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Neurotherapy Provider responsible for conducting neurofeedback sessions, performing clinical assessments, managing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support behavioral, cognitive, and emotional health in SNF/LTC settings in the Phoenix/Mesa area. Responsibilities include delivering neurofeedback with approved equipment, interpreting session data to inform care decisions, providing patient education on neurofeedback methods, coordinating with therapists and psychiatrists, documenting session notes, treatment plans, progress summaries, and ensuring regulatory compliance (HIPAA and state practice standards). Qualifications include active PMHNP license, master’s/doctorate in nursing, experience with psychiatric evaluations/diagnosis/medication management, strong documentation skills, and proficiency with EHR systems. Preferred experience with neurofeedback or related modalities and familiarity with QEEG or brain-mapping concepts. Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of practice
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program

- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with care teams
