Job Summary
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Neurotherapy Provider to conduct neurofeedback sessions, perform clinical assessments, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in SNF/LTC settings around Albuquerque. Responsibilities include delivering neurofeedback training with approved protocols, interpreting data to inform treatment decisions, educating patients about neurofeedback, documenting progress and plans with HIPAA-compliant practices, participating in team meetings and program development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Requires active PMHNP license and a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing; prior neurofeedback or related modality experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, patient-centered communication, and ability to work both independently and within a care team are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of practice
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Experience providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management
- Strong clinical documentation skills and comfort with electronic health record systems
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with care teams
