Job Summary
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Neurotherapy Provider conducts neurofeedback sessions, performs clinical assessments, manages treatment plans, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams in SNF/LTC settings in the Denver area. Responsibilities include delivering neurofeedback training with approved equipment, interpreting session data to inform treatment decisions, educating patients about neurofeedback, coordinating with therapists and physicians, documenting session notes and progress, ensuring regulatory and organizational policies are followed (HIPAA and state regulations), and contributing to program development and quality initiatives. The role requires in-person rounding in skilled nursing and long-term care environments, strong clinical judgment, patient-centered communication, adaptability within evolving program structures, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret neurofeedback data. Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of practice
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Experience providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management

- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with care teams
