Job Summary
Neurotherapy-focused PMHNP conducts neurofeedback sessions and clinical assessments, develops and manages treatment plans, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support behavioral, cognitive, and emotional health. Responsibilities include delivering neurofeedback using approved protocols, interpreting session data to inform care, educating patients about neurofeedback, documenting progress and compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, and participating in program development and quality initiatives. Requires PMHNP license and Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing; experience with psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management; strong EHR skills; and a preference for neurofeedback/biofeedback experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in the state of practice
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Experience providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management
- Strong clinical documentation skills and comfort with electronic health record systems
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with care teams
Desired Qualifications
