Job Summary
Telehealth psychiatric care by a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for young adults in a residential treatment setting. Part-time 12 hours/week during day shifts with telehealth delivery to a resident population average census of 10. Prescriptive authority required; call negotiable. Duties include psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients with substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and transition to independent living; caseload ~5 patients/day. Location: telehealth within Vermont residential treatment context; 1 US location hint (Boise, ID).
