Job Summary
ACT team-based Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner needed for locum-tenens coverage in Brooklyn, NY. Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management in community settings (homes, shelters, public areas) as part of a mobile, community-focused ACT program. Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, on-site in Brooklyn with no schedule flexibility. Requires board certification and prescriptive authority. Assignment begins ASAP and is ongoing; experience with community-based treatment and non-traditional healthcare environments preferred.
