Job Summary
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner needed for part-time telehealth coverage in a residential treatment setting for young adults in Northern Vermont. Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients with substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. Telehealth delivery to a caseload of about 5 patients per day, with an average census of 10 at the residential facility and a length of stay of 6-7 months.
