Job Summary
This locum tenens assignment seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive psychiatric care for adults in an on-site detox and residential substance-use treatment program. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, medication management visits, and treatment planning for an average caseload of 30-35 patients (approximately 10-15 seen per day), with 1-2 admissions daily and weekly follow-up for detox patients. Collaboration with therapists, nursing staff, behavioral health technicians, case managers, and medical leadership within an interdisciplinary team is required. Shift is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, full-time (40 hours). The facility is located 15-20 minutes from downtown Denver, Colorado.
