Part-time telehealth Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner needed to provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for young adults in a residential treatment setting in Vermont. Deliver services remotely to patients in a residential facility (caseload ~5 patients/day) with 12 hours/week across day shifts. Prescriptive authority required. Board-certified NP with eligibility for telehealth practice. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, managing medications for SUD and co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and supporting transition to independent living. Opportunity to work via telehealth with an average census of 10 in the facility.
