Job Summary
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides ACT team coverage for community-based psychiatric treatment in Brooklyn, NY and surrounding community settings. Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations and medication management in diverse environments (including private homes, shelters, and public areas) as part of a mobile, evidence-based psychiatric program. The role requires full-time work (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday, with board-certified credentials and prescriptive authority. Location-based on-site assignments in Brooklyn and Bouckville, NY with an emphasis on serving adults in non-traditional settings.
