Job Summary
Part-time telehealth Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner needed for a residential treatment facility in Vermont. Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and providing psychiatric care for young adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders via telehealth. Prescriptive authority required. Caseload ~5 patients per day, census ~10, with day shifts totaling 12 hours weekly. Experience with substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and transition to independent living is applicable. Telehealth delivery to patients in a residential setting; call requirements negotiable and assignment type is locum tenens/contract.

- Telehealth delivery to patients residing in the residential facility
- Caseload around 5 patients per day
- Average census 10 patients
- Caseload management and psychiatric evaluations

- Residential treatment setting experience preferred
