Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and manage medication for patients ages 13 and up within a structured eating disorder care setting. Provide day shift coverage for one day per week at an on-site facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Maintain active Kentucky nursing licensure, Medicaid enrollment, and prescriptive authority for controlled substances. This assignment requires board certification and supports continuity of care alongside psychologists and therapists.
