Part-time telehealth psychiatric care for young adults in a residential treatment setting (12 hours/week, day shift) to evaluate and manage medications for substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and transition to independent living. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and providing care remotely via telehealth to a small residential population (approx. 10 patients). Requires prescriptive authority and board-certified NP status; flexible call requirements. Located in Vermont for residential treatment with telehealth delivery; caseload ~5 patients/day, 6–7 month average length of stay.
