The role involves providing comprehensive psychiatric care for adults during day shifts (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) within an inpatient detox and residential substance use treatment program. Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, medication management visits, and treatment planning with an average caseload of 30-35 patients and 1-2 admissions daily, plus weekly follow-up for detox patients. Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, behavioral health technicians, case managers, and medical leadership as part of an interdisciplinary team. On-site location near Denver with an average census of 100 and an average length of stay of 40 days.
