Job Summary
Part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Maryland working remotely with a schedule up to 16 hours per week. Conduct 60-minute psychiatry assessments and 30-minute follow-ups remotely; prescribe and manage psychiatric medications (including controlled substances) in accordance with regulations; integrate brief psychotherapy as appropriate; collaborate with physicians, therapists, and leadership; use data-informed and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans; contribute to a collaborative, clinician-led mental health program with scalable care protocols; eligible for ramp onboarding and incentives based on productivity, with a focus on high-quality, accessible mental health care.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified PMHNP-BC
- Maryland licensure as PMHNP (or ability to obtain in Maryland)
- Active DEA license in Maryland
- 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP
- Experience delivering remote telepsychiatry services
- License cross-licensing support and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
