Job Summary
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Maryland, Part-time (up to 16 hours/week) remote telepsychiatry role. Responsibilities include conducting 60-minute psychiatry assessments and 30-minute follow-ups remotely, prescribing and managing psychiatric medications (including controlled substances) per state/federal regulations, integrating brief psychotherapy as appropriate, and collaborating with physicians, therapists, and leadership within a data-informed, measurement-based care framework. The role emphasizes direct client care (~75%) with admin/supervisory duties (~25%), a schedule of Mondays–Fridays 8am–8pm, onboarding support during ramp, and potential for increased hours over time. Start date targeted for mid-August 2026. Zone-based compensation ranges from $62–$108/hour depending on location, with corresponding annualized figures provided for budgeting. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified PMHNP-BC
- Licensed to practice in Maryland as PMHNP (additional licensure in Virginia and DC preferred)
- Open to obtaining additional state licenses to support company expansion
- 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP
- Active DEA license in Maryland
- Experienced in delivering remote telepsychiatry services
