Job Summary
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Manager for Crisis Behavioral Health at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, NJ. Lead the Crisis Behavioral Health nursing department, overseeing daily operations, managing clinical and support staff, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, comprehensive care to acute, complex patients. Serve as a clinical expert, provide leadership to the specialty area, and ensure regulatory compliance. Previous leadership experience is preferred. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no weekends. The role requires MSN, PMHNP certification, 5+ years clinical RN experience in a relevant specialty, 5+ years in leadership/administrative roles, NJ RN and APN licenses, Adult Nurse Practitioner board certification, active DEA and NJ CDS registrations, BLS and ACLS certifications; 2+ years NP experience preferred. Base salary starts at $146,057.60.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
- PMHNP certification
- minimum of five (5) years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant specialty
- minimum of five (5) years of leadership or administrative capacity
- Current and valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current and valid NJ Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) License
- Board certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner
- Active DEA and NJ CDS registrations for prescriptive authority
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support (BLS) HCP Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- two (2) years of clinical experience in a Nurse Practitioner role preferred
