Job Summary
Lead Crisis Behavioral Health nursing department as Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Manager in Red Bank, NJ. Oversee daily operations, manage clinical and support staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality, comprehensive care to acute, complex patients. Serve as a clinical expert, provide leadership to the specialty area, and ensure regulatory compliance. Requires PMHNP certification, an MSN, and a strong leadership background with 5+ years of RN clinical experience in a relevant specialty and 5+ years in leadership/administrative roles. Must hold NJ RN and APN licenses, board certification as Adult Nurse Practitioner, active DEA and NJ CDS registrations, BLS and ACLS certifications. Two years of NP-specific clinical experience preferred. Full-time schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant specialty
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership or administrative experience
- Current and valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current and valid NJ Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) License
- Board certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner
- Active DEA and NJ CDS registrations for prescriptive authority
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support (BLS) HCP Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience working in a Nurse Practitioner role preferred
