Job Summary
Lead the Crisis Behavioral Health Nursing department as Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Manager in Red Bank, NJ. Oversee daily operations, manage clinical and support staff, ensure delivery of high-quality, comprehensive care to acute, complex patients, and provide clinical leadership while ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires PMHNP certification, MSN, NJ RN and APN licenses, DEA/CDS registrations, BLS and ACLS, and 5+ years of RN clinical experience with 5+ years in leadership/administrative roles. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekends.Competitive base salary minimum of $146,057.60, and comprehensive benefits package; base salary may vary with market conditions and individual factors.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
- Current New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current and valid New Jersey Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) License
- Board certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner
- DEA and New Jersey CDS registrations for prescriptive authority
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) HCP Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant specialty
- Minimum of five (5) years of leadership or administrative experience
- PMHNP certification is required
