Job Summary
Lead the Crisis Behavioral Health nursing department as Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Manager. Oversee daily operations, manage clinical and support staff, ensure delivery of high-quality, comprehensive care to acute, complex patients, and provide clinical leadership with regulatory compliance. Requires PMHNP certification, MSN, 5+ years clinical RN experience, 5+ years leadership experience, NJ RN and APN licenses, DEA and NJ CDS registrations, BLS, ACLS. Full-time role with standard daytime schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00-5:00) in Red Bank, NJ. Not-for-profit system, competitive base salary around $146,058 with comprehensive benefits and pay-equity considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
- PMHNP certification
- Current NJ RN License
- Current NJ APN License
- Board certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner
- Active DEA and NJ CDS registrations
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers
- ACLS Certification
- Minimum five (5) years clinical experience as RN in relevant specialty
- Minimum five (5) years leadership/administrative experience
