Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Illinois

Job Summary
Tele-psychiatric visits for Illinois-based clients with Lavender. Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or a combination of both. Proactively follow up monthly to assess efficacy and ongoing care until goals are met. Provide various modalities of talk therapy as part of integrated medication and therapy appointments. Roles available as Full-time, Part-time, or Contract (1099) with flexible self-scheduling within operating hours (8 a.m. – 8 p.m., seven days a week). Must hold an Illinois NP license, ANCC certification, and Illinois DEA; 2+ years of experience in adult mental health. Requires own computer and a quiet space to conduct tele-psychiatry appointments. Remote work setup with company-sponsored meetups in-person as indicated.
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Active Illinois Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License
- ANCC Board Certification
- Active Illinois DEA
- 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health
- Strong assessment skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Must have own computer and a quiet, professional space to take tele-psychiatry appointments
