Psychiatric Nurse - LPN/RN

Review and update treatment plans for clients receiving pharmacologic management services while ordering, monitoring, and dispensing Central Pharmacy medications. Coordinate insurance forms, pre-certifications, and medication modules, and manage medication rooms by maintaining records and disposing of expired supplies. Collaborate with clinical team members on ongoing care, provide crisis intervention and pre-hospital screening when necessary, and complete quarterly checks of first aid and bloodborne pathogen kits. Fulfill billable service expectations, initiate lab requests, and participate in required professional development and meetings. Full-time, 1st shift.
