Job Summary
Provides direct patient care for medication management, diagnostic evaluations and medical assessments; delivers patient education on medications, risks, benefits, and realistic outcome expectations; collaborates with support staff for patient communication and follow-up; participates in treatment team meetings; assists Medical Directors with patient-facing tasks as needed; performs other duties as assigned by Medical Director; role schedules 40 hours per week (32 clinical, 8 administrative); remote-friendly with virtual program; requires MS degree in nursing with psychiatric/mental health focus and PMHNP licensure; 3+ years PMHNP experience; experience with a wide age range; proficiency with EHR and standard software; background checks required; apply via email with background and CV/resume; equal opportunity employer; LI-Remote; background checks including Florida fingerprinting; candidates must be able to complete state checks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Masters of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis from an accredited program
- Must be licensed as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- 3+ years experience working as a PMHNP
- Experience working with a wide range of ages (children through adults)
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- Remote-friendly/allows work-from-home capabilities
- Ability to provide medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments
- Strong communication and collaboration with clinical and administrative staff
