Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Victorville, CA

Conduct initial psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, provide one-on-one medication management, and deliver ongoing psychiatric treatment and follow-up care. Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR while collaborating with Psychiatrists and other medical staff. Coordinate treatment planning and continuity of care, offering telehealth services as needed via video or phone. Work within the scope of practice under the advice and support of seasoned, Board-Certified Psychiatrists. This role supports the Outpatient Office in Victorville, CA, with flexible schedules for full-time or part-time positions.
