Job Summary
Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients across the lifespan; diagnose and treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and ADHD; develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication, therapy recommendations, and lifestyle interventions; collaborate with primary care providers, health coaches, and behavioral health professionals to support integrated, whole-person care; educate and empower patients on mental health, wellness strategies, and preventive care; maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR (NextGen); participate in team meetings, clinical collaboration, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Based in Pacific Time Zone to ensure collaboration with team
- Active Oregon license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or eligibility to obtain
- Board certification as a PMHNP is required
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong interest in functional, lifestyle, and integrative approaches to mental health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (NextGen experience preferred)
