Job Summary
Provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services within Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living communities. Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans for depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, and trauma in geriatric populations. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and build therapeutic relationships with residents and families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to improve patient outcomes. Full-time positions include a $5000 sign-on bonus; part-time roles offer a $2500 sign-on bonus. Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted California license as an NP with a master's or doctoral degree.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted CA license as one of the following: NP
- Master's degree or doctoral degree in an applicable discipline
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable providing services in nursing home and long-term care settings
