Job Summary
Provide in-person psychotherapy and behavioral health services within Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living communities. Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and treat depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief, and trauma in geriatric populations. Maintain clinical documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes. Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families while working independently with administrative support. Full-time and part-time roles offer sign-on bonuses of $5000 and $2500 respectively. Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted California NP license and a master's or doctoral degree.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted CA license as one of the following: NP
- Master's degree or doctoral degree in an applicable discipline
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable providing services in nursing home and long-term care settings
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with geriatric populations
