Job Summary
Advanced Practice Provider (APP) role providing comprehensive care for patients receiving treatment for Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) through Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine and recovery-focused services. The ideal candidate hasExperience in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Addiction Medicine, Community Health, Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Substance Abuse Treatment, or Recovery Services, and is passionate about helping individuals achieve long-term recovery. This role operates in an outpatient clinic in Oregon, with a focus on MAT and integrated behavioral health within Addiction Medicine and recovery services.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active Oregon NP, PMHNP, or PA-C license
- Current DEA registration with Schedule II-V prescribing authority
- Ability to prescribe buprenorphine in accordance with federal and state regulations
- Active Medicare and Medicaid credentialing
- Minimum two years of experience in Addiction Medicine, Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Substance Abuse Treatment, Family Medicine, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Community Health, or Recovery Services
- Experience conducting patient assessments, physical examinations, medication management, and treatment planning
- Experience working in outpatient clinical settings
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
