Job Summary
Full-time Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide psychiatric services to adolescent and adult patients within Gundersen Moundview Hospital’s Family Medicine clinic in Friendship, WI. The role involves collaboration with family medicine clinicians, coverage within an integrated primary care setting, Epic EMR use, teaching and research responsibilities, and no weekend or evening clinic hours. The position emphasizes population health, multidisciplinary teamwork, and opportunities for loan forgiveness, CME, and comprehensive benefits. Select Remote/Hybrid eligibility is available per posting guidance, with current emphasis on in-person care in Friendship, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Completed an accredited nursing program for PMHNP with eligibility to obtain licensure in the multi-state region
- Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurse qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the relevant state(s)
- Ability to provide psychiatric services to adolescent and adult populations within a family medicine setting
- Experience with Epic EMR is a plus
- Teaching and research activities are expected
- Must complete and maintain credentials and continuing education as required
