Job Summary
Outpatient Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide a full range of outpatient psychiatric services in Titusville, PA. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Conduct evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and manage medications. Document and coordinate care using EHR. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program
- Clear and active PMHNP license in Pennsylvania
- Current DEA license
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Comfortable seeing patients of all ages
