Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) / Hybrid

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families, and manage psychopharmacology and medication treatment. Deliver psychotherapy and counseling, order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs to support diagnosis and treatment, maintain accurate electronic medical records, collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other care-team members, and educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment options. Participate in case conferences, clinical supervision, and continuing education to uphold high standards of care.
