Job Summary
Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients ages 5 and older, developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with patient needs. Diagnose and treat co-occurring behavioral health and substance use conditions while collaborating with primary care providers and multidisciplinary teams to support whole-person care. Prescribe psychotropic medications, monitor for effectiveness and side effects, and deliver care through telehealth while maintaining accurate documentation in partner-site electronic health record systems. This full-time, 100% remote role requires an active PMHNP license and DEA registration with at least three years of clinical experience. No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities. Required Qualifications
- Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license
- Active DEA registration
- At least three years of clinical experience

- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Comfort using telehealth platforms and digital clinical tools
