Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Pennsylvania)

Provide direct patient care for medication management, diagnostic evaluations and medical assessments for clients with mental health and substance use disorders. Educate patients on medications, risks, benefits and expected outcomes. Work with support staff to ensure clear patient communication and timely follow-up. Participate in treatment team meetings and assist Medical Directors with patient-facing tasks as needed. Duties may include other activities as assigned by Medical Director. Schedule is 40 hours per week (32 clinical, 8 administrative); role is remote-friendly and supports a flexible, virtual care model with electronic health records and AI-powered documentation to streamline notes. Requires PMHNP licensure, an MSN with a psychiatric emphasis, and a minimum of 3+ years of PMHNP experience across diverse age ranges; strong communication and collaboration skills with medical and clinical support staff; proficiency with EHRs and standard office software.
