Job Summary
Conduct high-quality behavioral healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting, managing both medication and therapy. Deliver evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services utilizing the latest digital technology and modern office facilities. Work within a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in office and 1-2 days remotely across Utah locations including Salt Lake City, Bountiful, and Draper. This role requires a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority and DEA certification, focusing on populations where the candidate has experience. Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience as a PMHNP
- Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
- Must have or be able to obtain DEA
- Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy
