Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/Outpatient Clinic/Independent Contractor/Crystal River

Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions for patients with mental health conditions in an outpatient clinic setting as an Independent Contractor. Deliver medication management and brief psychotherapeutic interventions; administer LAIs when necessary (infrequent). Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals; provide psychoeducation to patients and families; ensure accurate documentation per company policies; stay current with advances in psychiatry through ongoing education. Flexible work hours with in-person and telehealth options (Monday-Thursday in-person/telehealth and Friday-Sunday telemedicine), including the option to work 50% telemedicine from the start, plus periodic on-call duties.
